Prosper Rackson is a dedicated social development enthusiast with experience in both public and private sectors of the Ghanaian economy. He has a degree in Banking and Finance and an HND in Accounting. Prosper is passionate about advocating for children’s rights to education and access to schooling, which he has worked towards throughout his career.
He previously worked at MTN AYO Ghana and Child Research for Action and Development Agency (CRADA-NGO) , where he served as a Volunteer, Field Consultant (FC) and later as an Assistant Executive Director in charge of Finance, Human Resources and Administration, gaining valuable practical experience. He currently serves as the Executive Secretary of Mothers Against Child Labour and Exploitation (MACLE), where he fights tirelessly against Child Labour (CL), Child Trafficking (CT), and all Worst Forms of Child Labour and its associated issues. Prosper’s enthusiasm, determination, and practical field experience make him a valuable asset to any team.
